山梨県北杜市でレストラン「DILL eat,life.」を営む、料理研究家の山戸ユカさん考案の、プロビジョンズのサントーニャ・サバ・オリーブオイル漬とオーガニック味噌を使ったフィールドやキャンプにおすすめのレシピです。チーズを加えてホットサンドメーカーでグリルし、ホットサンドとして食べても美味しいですよ。バゲット以外のパンでももちろんOK。

  1. バゲットは横に切れ目を入れ、片方に味噌、もう片方にマヨネーズを塗る。
