茹でたパスタにサバを混ぜるだけ。忙しい日やアウトドアにもおすすめのお手軽メニューです。

材料

 

作り方

  1. パスタを袋の表示通りにゆでる。ゆで上がったらざるに上げて水けをきり、ボウルに入れる。
  2. サントーニャ・サバ・オリーブオイル漬 レモンケイパーのサバの1/2量とオイルを1のボウルに加え、身をほぐしながらあえる。
  3. 2を器に盛り、残りのサバの身をほぐしてのせる。粗塩とお好みでチーズやこしょうをふる。他のサバ・オリーブオイル漬でも美味。
