ムール貝とグリル野菜の温サラダ

香ばしく焼き上げた野菜にムール貝がよく合います。お好みで塩やマスタードを加えても美味。

材料

 

作り方

  1. キャベツは半分に切る。玉ねぎは輪切りにする。にんじんは縦に4等分に切る。
  2. グリルパンを強火で熱し、1を焼く。焼き目がついたら裏返し、中火でさらに焼き上げる。
  3. 2を器に盛り、ムール貝・オリーブオイル漬 レモンハーブをのせる。他のムール貝・オリーブオイル漬でも美味。
